Mayte Salazar, LMFT#116012
Services in Spanish and English
Mayte is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She provides treatment in English and Spanish.
Mayte is a Solution-focused therapist working with PTSD and Trauma. "I believe that unresolved trauma is at the root of many mental health issues. I have found that talk therapy doesn't always resolve trauma and that additional interventions are often needed. My preferred method for treating trauma is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). A.R.T. is more of a procedure than talk therapy, and doesn't require the individual to talk about the trauma. A.R.T. is quick and effective, with research showing relief from trauma in as few as 3-4 sessions. I seek to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for processing and healing. If you are seeking relief from the effects of addiction or trauma, feel free to reach out to me. Let me know if you have any questions that I might be able to answer. I have helped many individuals find healing from trauma and I look forward to helping you."
