About Me
Do you find yourself feeling lonely or feeling like no one understands you? Are you frustrated with how much worry and anxiety gets in the way of your life? Do you find yourself struggling in your relationships? If the answer is yes to any of these, I want you to know there is hope! I am compassionate, and believe in the importance of providing a safe space for all to share their story. I value providing a space that is judgment free. A space where you can feel heard and understood.
I have experience working with adults and adolescents in a group practice setting, community mental health, and schools. In treatment, I use Biblical Counseling upon request and evidenced-based practices such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I enjoy helping individuals navigate issues like life transitions, stress, anxiety, spirituality, relationship
issues and attachment/parent wounds. My goal is to help you reach your goals from a holistic approach.
Off the Clock
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy traveling and finding new coffee shops.
