Children, Teens, Young Adults, Adults, Couples, and Families

About Me

Are you someone who is working through past and present stressors, hoping to find a clearer path forward? Or a parent that is seeking support for your child who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, or difficulty navigating life’s transitions? You don’t have to go through this alone. No matter the stage of life, I believe every person has the ability to grow, heal, and discover a stronger sense of self. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where that journey can unfold. I am passionate about helping people build confidence, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop healthier ways of coping.

Alongside this work, I support parents through regular check-ins, offering guidance and encouragement, so the whole family can move toward lasting growth and connection. In my work with individuals, families, and couples, I focus on helping people understand their emotions, communicate more effectively, and resolve conflicts in ways that are restorative rather than divisive. I believe change happens through connection, whether that’s a child finding their voice, a parent feeling more equipped, or a couple discovering new ways to rebuild trust.

My hope is that those I work with not only gain tools for managing challenges but also experience greater confidence, resilience, and connection in their everyday lives and relationships. It takes courage to step into this process, and I would be honored to walk alongside you and your family as you take those steps toward healing and growth.

My Approach

I believe that therapy is most effective when it feels collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person’s needs. My style is warm and person-centered, while also incorporating evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help people identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I work from a trauma-informed perspective, always seeking to create safety, trust, and empowerment in the process. I view therapy as a space where people can be fully seen and heard while developing tools that foster resilience, healthier relationships, and greater emotional wellbeing.

Faith Integration

For those who desire it, I also offer the opportunity to integrate faith into the counseling process. As a Level 2 Certified Biblical Counselor, I can draw on biblical principles and spiritual resources when they align with a person’s goals for therapy. At the same time, I respect that faith integration looks different for everyone. Some may want their beliefs woven deeply into the process, while others may prefer faith to remain in the background. Wherever you are on your journey, I will meet you there and support you in ways that honor your values and preferences.

Off the Clock

When I am not in the therapy room, I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that’s hiking a new trail or exploring new places through travel. Creativity is something I deeply value, and I find joy in making art, writing and creating music, singing, and playing guitar.
