About Me
If you have found yourself here, chances are you are carrying something heavy — a story shaped by pain, loss, anxiety, or past trauma. Maybe you have tried to push through on your own but are starting to realize you don’t know how. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to walk this path alone. You may be scarred by things that happened to you, but it does not have to define you.
I specialize in working with individuals who have endured trauma, whether it is from childhood abuse or neglect, intimate partner violence, religious trauma, or other challenging experiences. I specialize in trauma recovery, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and attachment-focused therapy. My treatment approach is compassionate, grounded, and tailored to your unique story and needs. Whether you are facing the aftermath of childhood wounds, difficult relationships, or feeling stuck in old patterns, we will work together to heal from the past and untangle what has been holding you back — and move toward joy and freedom.
I also offer Biblical counseling for those who desire it. As a Christian therapist, I believe in the power of God’s presence and revealed word in the healing process. If your faith is a central part of your life, or if you are wrestling with spiritual questions or church-related wounds, I provide a safe and respectful space where both your emotional and spiritual health are honored.
Whether you have been in therapy before or this is your first step, I would be honored to walk with you on this journey. Healing is not just about feeling better — it is about becoming whole. The space I provide is warm, relational, and rooted in grace. I believe healing happens in the context of safety, trust, and connection — and therapy should be a place where you feel seen, known, and never judged.
Off the Clock
On my free time, I am typically exploring specialty coffee, music, and cheering on the Lakers.
