About Me
I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families find healing, connection, and clarity through compassionate, evidence-based care. I earned my graduate degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, where I developed a strong foundation in both clinical practice and the integration of faith and psychology.
My approach to therapy is depth-oriented, drawing from my training in psychodynamic therapy to help clients explore how early relationships and unconscious patterns influence their current emotions and behaviors. I believe that by gaining insight into these deeper layers, we can begin to untangle what’s no longer serving us and create space for healthier, more fulfilling ways of living and relating.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with diverse populations in a variety of settings, including community mental health and school-based services. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the many challenges people face across different stages of life and backgrounds. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life transitions, heal from trauma, and build more meaningful relationships. I have a particular interest in working with young adults who are navigating complex relationships—with family, friends, or romantic partners. I often support clients in developing tools for setting healthy boundaries, improving communication, and managing the emotional impact of relational conflict or disconnection.
In addition to psychodynamic therapy, I incorporate a range of approaches based on your needs, including solution-focused therapy, attachment-based therapy, and strategies for improving sleep hygiene. I’ve also received specialized training in working with identity exploration and formation. My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for each client’s unique story. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to explore what matters most to you and take meaningful steps toward growth and healing. I’m also deeply committed to ongoing learning and regularly engage in professional development to continue growing as a therapist. If you're looking for a space to feel understood, challenged, and supported in your journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
