Who I Work With
Teens, adults, couples, and families
About Me
Throughout life, we often collect negative messages about ourselves that hold us back from living in true freedom. Together, we’ll explore how these messages have shaped your story and gently work to challenge the patterns that prevent you from becoming who you were meant to be.
I have diverse experience working with children, individuals, couples, and families; and my style is collaborative, compassionate, and direct. I draw from both biblical principles and evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy, tailoring treatment to meet each person’s unique needs and story.
In addition, I also equip clients with practical tools to strengthen communication, build resilience, and deepen connection in their relationships. My goal is to walk alongside you with both care, empathy, and direction, providing a space of hope and healing where lasting growth can take root. Let me help you uncover the unique "fingerprints” you were created with by God.
Off the Clock
I enjoy exploring new coffee shops, traveling, and watching true crime documentaries. I also find joy in expressing creativity through dance and makeup, as well as continuing to learn and grow through reading and research.
