About Me
As a compassionate client-centered therapist, I am deeply committed to providing effective, quality care that fosters meaningful change in the lives of the clients I serve. I seek to create a safe space where individuals, couples, and families can heal from emotional wounds, address mental health challenges, improve relationships, develop coping skills, and enhance their well-being.
I have clinical experience working with individuals, couples, teens, and families facing issues such as relationship distress, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger, low self-esteem, and difficulties with communication, conflict resolution, and life adjustments. As a devout Christian, I am also privileged to integrate Biblical principles into therapeutic practice for clients who are seeking a faith-based approach in therapy.
Working from a person-centered perspective, I believe that empowering clients to facilitate self-discovery by providing a supportive, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment promotes insights that lead to self-awareness, acceptance, and personal growth.
Off the Clock
In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and close friends, and I find a deep sense of peace when I am painting and working in my garden.
