About Me
I work with adults, couples, families, and older teens who are facing a range of life challenges—from anxiety and depression to marital conflict and anger. My goal is to offer a supportive, space where clients feel safe to explore their struggles and take meaningful steps toward growth and healing.
As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, I bring specialized training in understanding and treating anxiety in its many forms. Whether clients are experiencing chronic worry, panic, or social anxiety, I offer tools and strategies tailored to their specific needs. My therapeutic style is direct yet compassionate—providing honest guidance with patience and care. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support emotional regulation, improve relationships, and foster lasting change.
For clients seeking a faith-based approach, I utilize Nouthetic Counseling to bring about heart change and growth in sanctification. I am passionate about walking alongside clients in a way that provides a safe, supportive, and growth-oriented space for lasting change.
