About Me

Life leaves its mark on all of us. For some, it shows up as depression, anxiety, grief, or memories that linger no matter how hard you try to move past them. For others, it’s the painful experiences that left you feeling unseen, unloved, or unsure of whom you really are. Maybe you’ve been carrying these struggles on your own for a while, but deep down you know life is meant to be more than just getting through the day.

As a therapist, my role isn’t to lead the way, but to walk beside you as you take steps toward change. I work with individuals who are carrying the weight of childhood wounds, relationship struggles, or other painful experiences that still impact life today. While I draw from approaches like CBT, attachment-based therapy, and the Gottman Method, the heart of the work is tailoring it to your story and what you need most. Together, the goal is to create space for healing, growth, and more meaningful connection.

For those who desire it, I also provide Christian counseling. I view faith as a meaningful source of hope and renewal, and I offer a safe environment for clients to explore their spiritual journey — whether you feel grounded, uncertain, or are carrying wounds from past faith experiences.

Above all, I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, respected, and truly understood. My goal is to create an environment where you can be yourself without fear of judgment — and where together, we can move toward a life marked by peace, resilience, and wholeness.

Off the Clock

When I’m off the clock, I love spending time with my family, staying active with running and the gym, and catching a good baseball game. I also enjoy camping, traveling, and tackling escape rooms with my family.
