Adult individuals and teenagers.
About Me
Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you are looking for someone to walk alongside you with understanding and compassion, I’d be honored to support you. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
My experience working in community mental health and at Through the Sea have shaped my therapeutic approach, which draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also incorporating principles from psychodynamic and attachment theory. I work collaboratively with clients to explore underlying emotional patterns, develop practical coping skills, and foster a sense of acceptance and personal growth. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or past trauma, I create a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change. My faith in Jesus is foundational in my life, and I believe it can be a source of strength and hope for others as well.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey that can be challenging, but worth it. I aim to help create a safe and supportive space where together we can explore the root patterns beneath behaviors, gain insight into yourself and your relationships, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
