About Me
Has it been difficult for you to battle anxiety, loneliness, or the pressure to meet everyone’s expectations? I have good news! You don’t have to carry those struggles alone. I work with people who are navigating challenges like anxiety, addiction, low self-esteem, life transitions and more – especially with teens and young adults who are still discovering who they are and who they want to become.
I earned my bachelor's degree in clinical psychology with a minor in Leadership and my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, both acquired from Azusa Pacific University. Over the past several years, I’ve served as a college counselor and now as a therapist at Through the Sea, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families from many walks of life. My faith and relationship with Christ have not only shaped my clinical training, but also how I utilize values of compassion, integrity, and hope with the people I serve.
My approach is eclectic, which means I draw from various evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we’ll explore practical tools, new perspectives, and meaningful strategies that can help you not only cope, but also grow.
