Who I Work With
I work with adults, teenagers, and couples navigating life’s challenges. Many of the people I walk with are those carrying burdens — pressure to perform, difficulty expressing emotion, or questions of identity and purpose.
About Me
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming; whether you’re facing anxiety, unresolved pain, or conflict in your closest relationships. You may have carried these struggles quietly, hoping they would go away on their own, or you might feel unsure about where to turn next. Wherever you
find yourself, I want you to know you don’t have to walk through it alone. Healing and change are possible.
My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in the context of safety and trust. I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Experiential Therapy, and EMDR. These approaches allow us to not just manage symptoms, but to understand your story, heal deeper wounds, and reconnect with your truest self. Before becoming a therapist, I served as a youth pastor, and my discipleship under Jesus continues to shape the way I see people and the healing journey.
For those who desire it, I integrate faith and spirituality into therapy. Whether you want to explore how your relationship with God intersects with your story, or you are wrestling with spiritual questions or church-related wounds, I provide a safe and respectful space where both your emotional and spiritual health are honored. At the same time, I also work with people who do not identify with any faith background, and therapy with me is always guided by your values and what feels most supportive to you.
Off the Clock
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll often find me outdoors — trail running, hiking, or skiing in the mountains. I also enjoy exploring new films and experimenting with coffee at home.
