About Me
If you are currently struggling with anxiety, depression, family conflict, identity issues, anger, bondages to substances, pornography usage, or other mental health challenges, I would love to come alongside you and be a supportive presence in your journey. As your therapist, I will meet you where you are at and will work with you to help you meet your therapeutic goals.
My treatment focus is from a psychodynamic lens as well as client centered approach. For instance, we will explore and analyze your past as it relates to your present. Also, I will provide both empathy and unconditional positive regard to you and your experience. Additionally, I hope to be a positive encourager to you and will offer both hope and comfort. Furthermore, I have experience working at a larger group practice as well as a community mental health setting. It is an honor to do this work, and I am very grateful for it. I am looking forward to starting this therapy journey with you. Know that you are not alone, and I am both ready and willing to help.
Off the Clock
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, and being outdoors.
