About Me
In life, we face difficult challenges that may feel overwhelming to walk through alone. Those difficulties may bring about feelings of isolation, hopelessness, uncertainty, anxiousness, or anger. I aim to provide a safe space for you to explore your emotions, gain coping skills, new perspectives, and highlight your strengths so that you may feel empowered. My approach is client-centered and rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect.
As your therapist, I will work alongside you to set realistic goals, recognize your strengths, and navigate life’s challenges—so you can feel empowered and rediscover hope. My approach is personalized to fit your unique needs, experiences, and comfort level. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Child-Centered Play Therapy.
In addition, I offer Biblical counseling for those who wish to incorporate their faith into the healing process. If this is something you’re interested in, I would be honored to support you in applying Biblical principles as we explore daily struggles together.
I have experience working across a wide range of life stages—from children age 8 and up to the elderly—I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, sleep issues, etc.
Your mental health is important. Healing and joy are possible, and you deserve to thrive in every area of your life. I would be honored to support you on your therapeutic journey toward lasting growth and emotional well-being.
Off the Clock
I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and going on small adventures with my kiddos.
