Who I Work With

I work with teens (grades 6–12), Adults, Couples, and Families.

About Me

As a Christian therapist, I’m deeply committed to walking with individuals and couples as they pursue healing, growth, and restoration. I believe meaningful change happens in a safe, compassionate environment—where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I aim to create a collaborative space where we can explore your story, identify strengths, and move toward lasting change—both personally and relationally.

I hold dual master’s degrees in Counseling Psychology and Christian Counseling and am currently pursuing a Doctorate in International and Multicultural Psychology. My clinical experience includes supporting clients through anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, life transitions, emotional regulation, and relational conflict.

I use an integrative approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), while thoughtfully incorporating biblical principles for clients seeking faith-based care. I believe thoughts and feelings can affect behavior, and the importance of creating secure connections with yourself and others. Whether you're navigating personal struggles or working to restore connection in your marriage, I aim to help you align emotional healing with spiritual growth.

My goal is to provide a therapeutic space where your faith and mental health are honored—where you can feel safe to explore your struggles, grow in self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and experience hope and renewal.
