About Me

Whether you’re navigating stress, healing from past trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or simply seeking personal growth, I aim to offer a welcoming space where you can feel understood and supported as you share your story. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, creating a space where you can feel heard and truly seen. I bring warmth and gentleness to our work together so you can unpack your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you notice and challenge the blocks that might stand in the way of your goals or healing. I’m direct when it’s helpful, but I’ll never push you to talk about something you’re not ready for. Therapy can be challenging, but it’s also deeply rewarding—and I’ll be cheering you on along the way. I’ll remind you of the strengths you already have that make you resilient.

I enjoy supporting people in aligning their life with their personal values, helping you move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic. Sometimes I’ll suggest resources, like books or videos, if I think they could support your healing process.

If you’d like, we can integrate Biblical counseling into our work together—always optional and tailored to your comfort. I also find joy in sharing hope through the Gospel and biblical truths when that’s something you want to explore.

Off the Clock

When I’m not in session, you might find me playing with my dog, exploring a new coffee shop, or serving in the youth ministry at my home church. These moments keep me grounded and connected to community.
