About Me

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey of self-discovery and a deeper look into our hearts. Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, whether you're navigating deep-rooted trauma, relationship struggles, questions of identity, or just the everyday problems that seem impossible to shake. I'm here to walk alongside you as we process these challenges together, with the understanding that while we can't always change our circumstances, we can change the way we experience them.

I'm passionate about helping you explore the "why" behind your struggles. Where did this problem begin? And more importantly, what's our path forward? By looking at our past, we can gain a better understanding of how we see ourselves, others, and, most importantly, how we see God. My hope is to help you fully embrace your identity in Christ, giving you a firm foundation to stand on when life's waves come crashing in.

Off the Clock

In my free time, you can find me hanging out with my friends, playing worship at church, on the golf course, or exercising.
