Who I Work With

I work with adult individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of life experiences and challenges. Whether you're seeking support through personal growth, relationship concerns, life transitions, or deeper emotional healing, I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space to explore what matters most to you.

About Me

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready to explore meaningful change, I offer a collaborative and compassionate space to do that work together. My approach is grounded, relational, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe healing and growth happen when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood. In our work, I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship and creating an environment where you feel safe to explore your inner world, express difficult emotions, and develop new insights and tools. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices. I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, manage difficult emotions, and develop practical tools for lasting change.

With individuals, I help clients deepen self-awareness, navigate transitions, and work through patterns that may be holding them back. With couples and families, I focus on strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and fostering more connected and respectful relationships.

As a therapist offering biblical counseling, I work with individuals, couples, and families who desire to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process. I believe that lasting healing and transformation happen when we address the whole person—heart, mind, and spirit—and I am passionate about walking alongside clients as they seek clarity, healing, and growth through a Christ-centered lens. When paired with biblical truth, CBT becomes a powerful framework for renewing the mind and aligning one’s life with God’s purpose. No matter where you are in your journey, my goal is to offer support that is both clinically informed and rooted in biblical truth—meeting you with grace, honesty, and hope.

Off the Clock

Outside my work as a therapist, I find joy in the simple things that bring connection and rest. I love spending time in the kitchen—whether I'm trying a new recipe or cooking a favorite meal for my family. I also enjoy getting lost in a good book, and I value quality time with my loved ones. These moments help me stay grounded and remind me of the importance of balance, presence, and meaningful relationships—values that also guide my work in the therapy room.
