Who I Work With
I work with adult women navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, unresolved wounds, relational challenges, and internal conflict.
About Me
If you are considering therapy, you may be carrying struggles that have weighed on you for quite some time. Seeking support in such a season is a very brave and vulnerable choice, and I deeply respect it. Therapy is a process—we will pursue solutions when they exist, and when they do not, it will be my honor to sit with you in the waiting.
My role is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can ask hard questions, grieve losses, uncover truth, build skills, and explore who you are, what you've experienced, and who you can become in the reality of this world. I enjoy working with women navigating trauma, anxiety, relational challenges, internal conflict, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach draws from various evidence-based modalities including solution-focused therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, and ACT.
I also offer counseling from a Christian faith perspective, rooted in my belief in the good, loving, and all-powerful God of the Bible. My faith in His love, sacrifice, and forgiveness gives me a steady foundation that shapes how I live and how I counsel. While my approach is guided by my relationship with Jesus Christ, you are welcome in my office whether you share this faith or not. This is a safe, supportive space where I am determined to provide you with professional care and respect.
Off the Clock
I enjoy various projects such as drawing, painting, crochet, and recently…scrapbooking! I love to capture memories and to create home-made gifts for others.
