Who I Work With

Minors, individuals, and adults navigating life transitions, emotional struggles, and relationship challenges.

About Me

Do you long for deeper connection—yet find yourself feeling anxious, stuck, or disconnected from others or even yourself? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this on your own.

Many of us carry stories shaped by early relationships, past pain, or losses that made it hard to feel safe, seen, or truly known. These experiences can show up as anxiety, self-doubt, or patterns in relationships that leave us feeling confused or discouraged. In therapy, we gently begin to make sense of those patterns, explore what shaped them, and create new, more secure ways of relating—to ourselves and to others.

I’m passionate about supporting people who are longing for meaningful connection and inner healing. My approach is warm, compassionate, and person-centered. I believe that change

happens in the context of a safe, trusting relationship—where you are consistently met with care, respect, and curiosity.

My clinical experience includes working in hospice care, where I had the honor of walking alongside children, adults, couples, and families through deep grief, loss, and life transitions. That work profoundly shaped how I hold space for pain, resilience, and the complexity of being human. I now work with individuals navigating anxiety, relational wounds, low self-worth, and unresolved experiences from the past.

My practice is grounded in an attachment-based lens, with a foundation in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll

explore what safety, connection, and healing can look like for you—and we’ll move at a pace that honors your story.

For those who desire it, I also offer biblical counseling: a space where clinical care and Christian faith can come together. Whether you’re wrestling with spiritual questions, walking through suffering, or seeking to integrate your beliefs into the therapeutic process, I offer a

thoughtful and respectful space for that work. No matter where you’re starting from, you are welcome here.

Off the Clock

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find me baking sourdough, taking long strolls near the beach, or crafting.
