Who I Work With
Children, adolescents, and adults managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, and social skills. I also work with families who wish to strengthen communication or seek support with parenting skills.
About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a teacher for 20 years, developing insight into human development and the importance of individual needs and connection. In addition, I served as a youth director, guiding teens in navigating the challenges of adolescence. I earned my Bachelors in Human Development and my Masters in Psychology at Azusa Pacifc University, where I was able to weave together my faith, education, and professional growth.
I offer guidance to children, adolescents, and adults managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, and social skills, while also supporting families in strengthening communication and parenting skills, including those raising children with ADHD and ASD.
Whether you’re navigating personal struggles, parenting challenges, or seeking family guidance, I provide a safe space to walk alongside you with care, patience, and encouragement.
Off the Clock
I spend a lot of time in the mountains. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and fishing. My hobbies include painting, drawing, and wood burning.
