Rates & FAQ

What are your rates?

Our cash rate is $160 per session.
We accept most insurances; please contact our office to verify your plan and any co-payments.

Will my personal information stay confidential?

Absolutely. As a client, your information is completely confidential in accordance with state law and privacy practices. No information will be released without your signed consent. Your therapist will review this with you in your informed consent.

Will my sessions be in person or virtual?

We provide sessions both in person and virtually (telehealth). Telehealth sessions are conducted via HIPAA-compliant video meeting platform.

In person sessions are offered at our two locations:
West Covina, CA
Newport Beach, CA

Do I have to be Christian to get help?

No, you do not have to identify as Christian to receive services from us. We honor and respect your beliefs and values. Our therapists will not incorporate any faith-based approach in treatment without consent.

How do I know if I need therapy?

You may have felt pulled to therapy for a while, but unsure if you actually need it. Consider if the issue(s) you are facing are (1) causing any sort of distress, discomfort, or problems; or (2) interfering with some aspect of your life or desired level of functioning.

We offer a free 15-minute consultation with any of our therapists to see if therapy is right for you, and whether any of our therapists would be a good fit! It might be worthwhile to simply

give it a try.

How long are sessions? How frequent are sessions?

Standard sessions are 45 to 50 minutes, considered the "clinical hour."

Most often, clients meet on a weekly or every other week basis. We strongly recommend newer clients meet either weekly or every other week to start and adjust frequency as needed.

You can discuss frequency, termination, or graduation at any time, and your therapist will provide feedback or recommendations. The final say and decision depends largely on you!
