Caleb Ashurst | AMFT#143076
Supervised by Shannon Lacabanne, LMFT#116185
Caleb is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist; he uses an attachment lens to assess how clients’ early relationships inform current responses to negative emotion. He also uses a variety of interventions from a CBT lens as needed to assist clients in regulating and combatting unhelpful thought patterns, while focusing on addressing and healing longstanding relational wounds. Caleb believes God created us to be relational, and that healing happens best in relationship to others, ourselves, and God. Caleb holds a Bachelors degree in Religion from Vanguard University and a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. He holds certifications in Biblical Counseling, Gottman Level 1 Couples Therapy, and Prepare and Enrich For couples. He has served for the last five years as volunteer staff at a church and has experience leading small groups and pastoring young adults.

Erica Yoo | AMFT#147554
Supervised by Darissa Brooks, LMFT#45240
Erica is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about working with individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, and trauma– specifically developmental/childhood trauma. To decrease a sense of loneliness on the path to healing, she walks with her clients to foster a fuller understanding of themselves by remaining curious how their past impacts present-day functioning. Erica enjoys working from a relational psychodynamic and attachment-based framework, which allows her clients to acknowledge the depths and complexities of their stories, and choose ways they would like to live more meaningfully. Erica is a devoted believer and desires to bring the hope of the Gospel into her clinical work by holding the brokenness of the world in tension with the redemptive hope of the Gospel.

Life can often feel overwhelming, and I’m here to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can process your emotions, gain clarity, and heal. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based approach designed to help individuals address the impact of trauma, build coping strategies, and work through difficult emotions. Whether you’re navigating grief, dealing with anxiety, or adjusting to a major life change, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. Central to my practice is a client-centered framework, which means I prioritize your individuality, strengths, and experiences. I see you as the expert of your own life and work alongside you, respecting your autonomy and guiding you toward the healing and growth you seek. In addition to traditional therapeutic techniques, I integrate faith into my practice, providing a holistic approach that nurtures both emotional and spiritual well-being. I believe in the power of healing through faith and support, and together, we can uncover tools for growth, resilience, and peace. If you’re ready to begin your journey of healing and transformation, I’d love to work with you to create a path forward grounded in hope and strength.
