About Me

I am passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges in a supportive, collaborative, and compassionate therapeutic space.

I have worked in a counseling clinic that is part of Hope International University’s Marriage and Family Therapy training program, where I provided services to undergraduate and graduate students as well as members of the community. Through this experience, I have worked with individuals ranging in age from 10 to 77, gained exposure to working with couples, and developed familiarity with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other integrative approaches to therapy.

I have a heart for supporting children during their formative years, guided by my personal faith, life experiences, and clinical training. Parents, I desire to partner with you in supporting your children as they grow emotionally, socially, and academically, recognizing that school and developmental transitions can be challenging. While working with children is a passion of mine, I remain open to working with a wide range of individuals, including couples and families, as I view therapy as a space where we can learn and work together toward growth and healing.

My therapeutic approach is primarily client-centered, collaborative, and eclectic. I draw from a variety of modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Family Systems, to name a few—selecting interventions that are best suited to each person’s unique needs, goals, and values.

My personal faith in Jesus Christ, along with my training in Biblical Counseling and minor in Theology, informs my worldview and perspective. Faith can be integrated into therapy if desired, though it is not a central requirement of our work together. I strive to create a supportive space for you, regardless of beliefs or background.

Off the Clock

A fun fact about me is that my favorite color is pink! I love spending time with my younger cousins, meeting celebrities when I get the chance, and baking healthy desserts for special occasions.
