About Me

Life can present challenges that feel heavy and isolating, especially when faced without support. These experiences can stir feelings of uncertainty, frustration, or discouragement. You may be carrying the weight of pain and wounds, looking to break through and uncover truth. I am passionate about helping you explore the "why" behind your challenges and work through unhealthy patterns. My goal is to offer a supportive and safe environment where you can process emotions, develop skills, discover new perspectives, and recognize your strengths. Growth, fulfillment, and healing are within reach, and you deserve to feel supported. I am here to walk alongside you as you work toward meaningful and lasting change.

I bring experience in teaching, school counseling, and group therapy, supporting individuals with approaches tailored to their unique needs. As a youth director, I mentored and spoke at churches and conferences, strengthening my ability to support personal and spiritual growth. My involvement in college campus organizations led to opportunities for ministry overseas, deepening my understanding of diverse perspectives and the importance of connection—insights I bring into therapy. For those who wish, I integrate biblical counseling into therapy incorporating reflection, scripture, and prayer.

You matter and you are powerful. Because your mental health matters, be patient with yourself, and know that resilience and hope can help you rediscover your purpose.

Off the Clock

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, playing sports, trying new foods, and being outdoors. Also, who doesn’t love a good binge-watch on TV?
