About Me
Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or the people around you? You don’t have to navigate that alone. My goal is to help you better understand your experiences and make meaningful, lasting changes in your life.
I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to sessions. I love starting our session with self-understanding and making sure you leave with activities to practice throughout the week. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be holding you back while building tools to help you respond differently. I will also gently challenge you when helpful, supporting you in stepping outside of familiar patterns and moving toward growth. My work is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and integrates mindfulness, attachment-based perspectives, and holistic well-being.
I support adolescents, adults, and older adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, loneliness, life transitions, or relationship disconnection. If you’re feeling lost, discouraged, or unsure of your next step, we can work together to help you reconnect with yourself and others, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
For those who wish, I also incorporate faith into the process through biblical counseling, creating space for both emotional and spiritual growth in a way that feels meaningful to you.
My background in community mental health settings has shaped my commitment to flexibility, cultural responsiveness, and meeting you where you are. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. No matter where you are in your healing journey, I’m here to support you in building practical skills, gaining deeper self-understanding, and nurturing stronger connections with yourself and others.
Off the Clock
I’m a nerd who loves to touch grass. I love getting lost in a good book or diving into board games and video games. I also enjoy exploring new hiking trails, visiting national parks, spending quality time with family and friends, and I’m currently working on starting a small coffee pop-up.
