About Me

If you're here, there's a good chance you're carrying pain that feels heavy, confusing, or even isolating. Maybe you've spent so much time trying to hold everything together that you've forgotten what it feels like to breathe. I want you to know that you don't have to face those burdens alone. My passion for helping others comes from my own journey. Like many of the clients I serve, I've experienced seasons marked by abandonment, abuse, neglect, and deep loneliness. I know what it's like to question your worth, long for peace, and wonder if healing is even possible.

Those experiences ultimately led me to become a therapist, not because I have all the answers, but because I've witnessed the hope that can emerge when someone is given a safe place to be seen, heard, and understood. I typically use a Humanistic approach, which allows me to meet individuals where they are and help them explore who they are beneath the expectations, experiences, and influences that have shaped them. I particularly enjoy addressing issues rooted in trauma and attachment styles, helping individuals better understand how their past experiences may influence the way they view themselves and navigate relationships today.

I believe that each person has inherent value and a unique purpose, and that our experiences and the world around us can sometimes make it difficult to recognize that for ourselves. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, develop greater self-awareness, and reconnect with what matters most. My goal is not to tell you who you should be, but to walk alongside you as you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your experiences, and the person you want to become. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe exploring your experiences, gain self-awareness, and take meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth.

Off the Clock

When I’m not doing therapy, you can find me hiking, on the baseball/softball field, or in a gym rooting for my children in their sports activities. I also volunteer with my local church in serving the youth and the baptism team.
