Who I Work With

About Me

Life’s challenges can sometimes leave us questioning our direction, relationships, and sense of purpose. I believe healing begins with creating a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach to counseling is grounded in compassion, faith, and the belief that we can remain connected to God’s truth and purpose while navigating life’s most difficult seasons.

My compassionate and empathetic approach is rooted in Christian values. For clients who desire faith-based counseling, I integrate biblical principles and spiritual guidance into the counseling process while honoring each person’s beliefs and experiences. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where individuals and families can receive professional counseling alongside a strong spiritual foundation.

I recognize that each person’s background and life experiences shape how they experience trauma, relationships, healing, faith, and personal growth. I strive to approach each client with sensitivity, curiosity, and respect, creating a counseling experience that is meaningful and tailored to their unique needs.

Therapeutically, I take a collaborative and individualized approach. I work alongside my clients to understand their concerns, identify their goals, and develop an approach that fits their circumstances. I believe counseling is most effective when clients feel understood, empowered, and actively involved in the process. My goal is to walk alongside each client with compassion and intentionality as they pursue healing, growth, and a deeper sense of purpose.

Off the Clock

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy maintaining an active lifestyle. Staying active is something I enjoy and value as part of maintaining balance in my life. I am an avid traveler and enjoy experiencing new cultures, places, and environments. I have a strong interest in sports, particularly baseball, softball, and football. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, including hiking and spending time at the beach. These interests allow me to continue learning, exploring, and enjoying meaningful experiences outside of my professional life.
