Who I Work With

Adolescents, adults, couples, and families

About Me

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) committed to providing thoughtful, culturally responsive care to individuals, couples, and families. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself or from important relationships, I offer a compassionate and supportive space to help you explore, heal, and grow.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, guilt and shame, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship conflict, and family dynamics. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals and couples deepen their emotional awareness, improve communication, and heal relational wounds rooted in their inner child experiences. My goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships, enabling them to move toward healthier and more fulfilling patterns of connection.

My therapeutic style is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Imago Relationship Therapy, Inner Child Work, Bowen Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy to support insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. I also incorporate genogram work to help clients gain clarity around intergenerational patterns and relational dynamics that continue to influence their lives.

As a Christian, I am mindful of the emotional and spiritual aspects of healing for clients who wish to incorporate faith into their therapeutic work. At the same time, I work respectfully and ethically with clients of all faith backgrounds and belief systems. I view therapy as a collaborative process and am committed to ongoing professional growth through supervision, consultation, and continued training. I strive to walk alongside clients as they build greater self-understanding, resilience, and healthier relationships.

Off the Clock

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy visiting coffee shops with a good book, exploring art museums, walking along mountain or beach trails, and discovering new places through travel.
