Kids, teens, adults, couples, and families

About Me

I am a therapist who offers a relationally focused approach to therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). If you are looking to become the best version of yourself and are ready to let go of past hurts that may be impacting your current life and relationships, therapy can be a meaningful place to begin.

I am also a devoted Christian and integrate biblical principles and faith-based perspectives to support healing, growth, and restoration.

Have you noticed patterns—thoughts, emotions, or relationship dynamics—that no longer serve you? Together, we will explore these patterns with compassion and curiosity, helping you understand your experiences and relationships and beliefs that have shaped them. We will work to identify unhelpful thinking and behavioral cycles while building practical tools for healthier communication, emotional regulation, and decision-making. Romans 12:2 says, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

You can expect a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you are heard, respected, and encouraged. My goal is to walk alongside you as you heal from past wounds, strengthen your relationships, and grow into a more grounded, connected, and resilient version of yourself.

Off the clock

  • Outside of my work, I value spending quality time with my family.  I enjoy being outdoors, especially hiking and exploring nature. I love traveling and experiencing new places, and I also enjoy relaxing with good movies. In my downtime, you’ll often find me watching sports, I previously worked in sports medicine for over 20 years.
