Who I Work With

Couples, individual teens, young adults, and adults

About Me

Many of us carry stories about who we are—stories shaped by our relationships, family experiences, culture, and the challenges we've faced throughout life. Sometimes those stories leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of ourselves. At the same time, painful emotions and unmet relationship needs can make it difficult to create the life and connections we want.

With a heart for restoration and reconciliation, I combine a pastoral and clinical approach to therapeutic counseling, rooted in a Christian worldview. I believe true healing happens when people encounter Christ in the midst of brokenness and are empowered to pursue wholeness through Christ. My experience includes counseling youth, young adults trying to sort through the challenges of life, adults who have experienced trauma, wrestling with anxiety and depression, and couples in conflict, where I’ve witnessed transformation through compassionate guidance and spiritual insight.

My approach to therapy combines Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative Therapy to help you better understand both your story and your emotional experiences. Together, we'll explore how your past and culture have shaped the way you see yourself and relate to others, while also helping you connect with the deeper emotions and attachment needs that often lie beneath the surface. As we work together, you'll have the opportunity to make sense of your experiences, rewrite unhelpful narratives, heal emotional wounds, and build healthier, more secure relationships. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can develop greater self-understanding, experience emotional transformation, relational healing, and move forward with a stronger, more authentic sense of who you are.

We were created for healthy relationships with God, with one another, and with the world in which we have been placed. Yet human brokenness fractures these relationships, leaving us alienated from God, disconnected from others, and often estranged from our own created purpose. Humanity was created to reflect God through reconciliation, stewardship, and care, yet our brokenness often distorts that calling. Therapy seeks to restore that calling. I would be honored to walk alongside you in the journey.

Off the Clock

I am refreshed when I get outside with my black labrador or take a quick bike ride with him running along my side. I am also an avid Marvel fan.
